“Connective Cities Virtual Global Exchange on Municipal Response to COVID-19 in the area of Business” on 27 May 2021 from 14:30 to 16:45 CEST.
 
The web seminar is a part of the series from the ongoing GIZ project “Research of good practices and moderation of virtual events on the subject of health, business and governance at municipal level in times of COVID-19,” launched by PMCG. It brings together municipal representatives and experts in an attempt to identify good practices in the business sector employed amid the pandemic. 
 
Findings of research in network cities in the area of business will be presented, as well as the specific cases of municipal responses to COVID-19 from Lima (Peru) and Cape Town (South Africa). The event will culminate with an active panel discussion between municipal representatives and field experts on the topic of “the effectiveness of business recovery plans at municipal levels during the COVID-19 pandemic”.
 
During the event, you will have a valuable opportunity to discuss specific cases, share your own insights on the topic, and lay out the framework for future cooperation within the Connective Cities network.
